International Shipping Policy

All countries with shipping rates will be displayed in check out page.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders will be processed within the same day of order.

Except Thursday afternoon till Saturday evening Orders will be processed in Sunday.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

 All the shipping charges of the orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking number once shipment is fulfilled.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Manuka Kingdom is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Manuka Kingdom is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
